Bazzill Premium Card Stock Assortment contains both textured and autumn shades within the package. I colour matched  against  Tonic Studio’s Handmade Paper. The  papers were  then cut with  dies from both  Concord & 9th sets.

A top fold portrait card base  (1 1- 1/2 x 4-1/4″) was cut from cream card stock – also  from Bazzill Premium Card Stock Assortment. An inside panel was cut from the  same sheet  and reserved for later. A textured dark chocolate panel (5-1/2 x 4-1/4″ ) was cut for the front to be used as a mat layer.  This layer was adhered directly to the front  card base.

The word die “Grateful” was cut from Tonic Pearlescent card and run through a Xyron Sticker Maker.

Assembly:

A panel was  cut from Tonic  Studio’s Handmade Paper  to 5  x 3 -3/4″.  Die cuts sns-al-work-2were placed on the  bottom right hand side of the  panel  and secured with Glossy Accents. Burlap Tape was applied over the stems , leaving  3/4 ”  of stem  hanging  beneath the  bottom edge of the  tape.

A chipboard leaf from Bo Bunny’s  Foliage Laser Cut Chipboard  Pieces was   tucked behind the sticky backing of the   Burlap Tape. Finally,  copper ribbon  was  wrapped around the  back of the front panel , tying  in the centre of the burlap strip  and over the die cut cluster. The remaining  ribbon tails were twirled  tightly around a piercing tool. This changed the texture of the ribbon.  The front panel is now  complete.  Dimensional foam tape was applied liberally to the back of the panel, making sure to cover both ends of the Burlap Tape. The front panel is adhered to front of the card base.

sns-al-insideThe inside panel was stamped with ” I love Fall Most of All” and a leaf  was attached with Glossy Acccents.  Tonic Pearlescent Card was cut into a 3/4 x 4-1/4″ strip and attached to the bottom of the  inside panel. The panel was attached to the inside card base.

I love the texture in the background of your card. The colors you have used are so different for an autumn card but work really

Elegant card! The texture of that paper is just so fantastic! I also like how you have all the leave branches arranged in a bundle with some twine and brown string to finish it off!
